DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND THE HOLIDAY SEASON, SHIPPING AND RECEIVING MAY BE DELAYED. ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED, BUYERS WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE IN CASE OF DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
Once the method of payment is accepted and approved, please allow up to 3-4 business days for processing. PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING OR STORE PICK-UP TIME FRAMES BEGIN AFTER THE ALLOTTED 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. Orders placed after 2PM Central Standard Time will be shipped the next business day after the processing time, if placed Monday through Thursday. Processing time for orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin on that following Monday.
The processing time for orders placed on a holiday will begin on the next business day and shipped within 48 hours after the allotted processing time. We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays.

Because we do extensive quality checks to ensure that our hair is free of defects, there are NO REFUNDS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless you have received an incorrect item.
